So clean and organised. Everything about the hotel is amazing. Good stay, excellent service, staff is so polite and helpful in all the ways, very great breakfast, just wish if you had more vegetarian options. Overall amazing experience

Beautiful big house that was perfect for our family stay. Located in a quiet residential area with easy access to all local amenities. Host has thought of everything, with an incredibly stocked kitchen, toiletries, top notch facilities and comforts. Garden is huge and Received wildlife visitors at dawn and dusk - we had turkeys and deer wandering around. Received a lovely welcome bottle of wine on arrival. We felt so at home and wished we could've stayed longer.

Myself & my partner stayed at The Jypsy Inn in the Muskoka room for 2 nights & had a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious & had all the little extras such as toiletries & snacks. The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of all Bracebridge's attractions. All the main Muskoka tourist spots were about 20-30 minute drive away which was ideal since it was our first time visiting. Katie was an amazing host & very attentive. We would definitely stay again & happily recommend to anyone who wants to explore Muskoka :)

My favourite places were "Nicks" restaurant, Swiss Chalet.

My favourite places were "Nicks" restaurant, Swiss Chalet. Wilsons' Falls, & trails. Staples, & Sun Chasers. It is easy to get around Bracebridge. I enjoyed the movie theatre there, & adjacent Memorial Park.

Very small town with a charm!!!

Very small town with a charm!!! We loved our hotel location, Inn at the Falls! It was close to the town in a walking distance. 2 days were more than enough for me and my husband. We highly recommend The Old Station Restaurant!! Huge portions with very nice staff!

There's more to do than we realized.

There's more to do than we realized. Wilson Falls could have been a day trip in itself. The Muskoka Brewery was a great place to hang out and have a drink. Santas Village was definitely understaffed, but we still had a great time. Will definitely be back!

The cleanliness of our room and the inadequate customer...

The cleanliness of our room and the inadequate customer service to rectify the problems made our stay very unpleasant. On Oct 14 we checked into our suite BC-201. We were appalled with the standard of cleanliness. 1: Pubic hair around rim of the tub 2: Dirty face cloth identified just as was about to use 3: Kitchen drawers lined with dust 4: Clumps of hair on couch Upon discovering Upon discovering these issues, we immediately reported them to front desk. While we were assured that someone would be sent to clean the bathroom, no one ever came, and we, your guest, had to clean it ourselves

Bracebridge is a small town with a lot to offer.

Bracebridge is a small town with a lot to offer. It's easy to get around in, although in summer there's lots of traffic on the main street. There are many unique stores there that are fun to browse through. Some of our favourite restaurants are Main Street Deli (excellent food and service), the Old Station Restaurant (excellent) and Swiss Chalet (always good). Oliver's is great for coffee and dessert. The Wellington Inn and the Sleep Inn offer good value for the money if you're looking for accommodations.

A very nice place to visit.

A very nice place to visit. Close to Gravenhurst (Muskoka Steamships), which was the purpose of our trip. It was well worth the savings of staying here and driving 18mins to Gravenhurst. We got to see parts of Bracebridge that we might not have known about. Very quaint, lots of craft places, homemade jams/jellies, honey, handmade wood items. Lots of antique/consignment shops as well, and perfect for picking up gifts for holidays.
