United KingdomBeautiful big house that was perfect for our family stay. Located in a quiet residential area with easy access to all local amenities. Host has thought of everything, with an incredibly stocked kitchen, toiletries, top notch facilities and comforts. Garden is huge and Received wildlife visitors at dawn and dusk - we had turkeys and deer wandering around. Received a lovely welcome bottle of wine on arrival. We felt so at home and wished we could've stayed longer.

Bracebridge is a very beautiful town. Nature is perfect.
Bracebridge is a very beautiful town. Nature is perfect. People are so friendly and happy. Lots of lakes boats canoes ships. I loved the Main Street Manitoba with all kinds of businesses that reminds of old shopping habits. Very good Resturants. You got everything like all your needs. We ate at the old station Resturant. Nicks family Resturant and Popyes chicken.

Bracebridge is a beautiful place with lots of gardens, fountains and park benches along the Main Street. It’s perfect for resting when shopping as there is a small hill along the way. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. We visit there often and always amazes us.

Wilsons' Falls, & trails. Staples, & Sun Chasers.
It is easy to get around Bracebridge. I enjoyed the movie theatre there, & adjacent Memorial Park.

Very small town with a charm!!!
Very small town with a charm!!! We loved our hotel location, Inn at the Falls! It was close to the town in a walking distance. 2 days were more than enough for me and my husband. We highly recommend The Old Station Restaurant!! Huge portions with very nice staff!

There's more to do than we realized.
There's more to do than we realized. Wilson Falls could have been a day trip in itself. The Muskoka Brewery was a great place to hang out and have a drink. Santas Village was definitely understaffed, but we still had a great time. Will definitely be back!

The cleanliness of our room and the inadequate customer service to rectify the problems made our stay very unpleasant. On Oct 14 we checked into our suite BC-201. We were appalled with the standard of cleanliness.
1: Pubic hair around rim of the tub
2: Dirty face cloth identified just as was about to use
3: Kitchen drawers lined with dust
4: Clumps of hair on couch Upon discovering
Upon discovering these issues, we immediately reported them to front desk. While we were assured that someone would be sent to clean the bathroom, no one ever came, and we, your guest, had to clean it ourselves

It's the best location for the Bracebridge tour. The location is absolutely fantastic. I was glad to see the generous amount of towels in the bathroom and the careful consideration for makeup cleaning. My kid loved it when he saw the variety of candies. Thank you.

Great location downtown Bracebridge with an excellent view of the Muskoka River and Falls. The bed was super comfortable. The king suite offered a good separated living room. The outdoor patio and deck are great to have a morning coffee on.

Room was clean. Location was good. Good value for the money. I left my reading glasses behind and upon returning home called the hotel and they promptly sent them and received them within 4 days. Great stuff.
