CanadaWe really enjoyed our stay and our room! The bed was so comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice. The room really nice and practical with a little kitchen. The room was clean and we felt like home during our stay !!! On top of that , they worked alot on the snow removal on this weekend of winter storm! They really did a good job. The girl at reception, Lucy was really kind and helpful. We will come back.!!!

Skiing was great and hotel had very thing we needed as a family. Pool was good and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.
Restaurant service was good and food was fine, but nothing special. A bit pricey for what we got.

I needed a break from university studying and unfortunately...
I needed a break from university studying and unfortunately heavily rely on coffee I asked for coffee packets for the room on the Friday and nothing showed up. 5:30-6:50 -am no one is at desk for my wake up coffee and it made for a disappointing morning routine.

If you want to disconnect for the weekend, this would be the place. I'm a fan of nature, so I enjoyed the outdoor paths and the nightly fires. We did some hiking nearby. Also, there was a beach and other activities at the hotel, but we didn't use them as we were happy just wandering around the area. When I stayed here, there was a wedding, but you would have never guessed so as the hotel was quiet.

A free breakfast was advertised. This was not true. They give you a menu with dollar amounts on it. When you question it they apologize and says it was incorrectly advertised. If you go to the front desk to complain they will give you a voucher that is worth 8 dollars towards the listed breakfast options. The hotel does not run the restaurant it is a separate entity.

Fast check-in, welcome staff, spacious and clean room, comfy beds. There was some small issues with room supplies, staff helped to solve the problem right away. We went over Thanksgiving long weekend, the chairlift is add-on bonus for us to see the fabulous fall colors around the hotel.

The lady who checked us in and was in communication was very friendly and efficient, and responded quickly. Bed was comfy and blankets and towels were soft. The hotel is right in the skidoo trails.

The staff were all excellent, welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect close to Calabogie Motorsports Raceway.
There is a restaurant on site.
The grounds are very well laid out.
