Comfortable bed, deep/wide bath, extras like lotion, shower caps. Quiet room and hallway, minimal noise despite being next to a snowmobiles parking spot. Indoor gym, pool, spa and sauna, all beyond excellent and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed it during my stay. Access to washer dryer (2$ per usage, you can exchange bills to coins at the reception). Walking distance from big malls, good restaurants. All in all, loved it!

The room which was given to me was above, and beyond what I was expecting. It was spacious, with a large rain shower space. The pool area was phenomenal, with a large hot tub, and an excellent spa. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. When I return to Saguenay, I will definitely stay at the same hotel and ask for the same room.

Gorgeous historical building next to a gothic church, it was such a beautiful vibe if you're into it. The hotel is fully renovated and fairly new, so the rooms are pristine and tastefully decorated, fully equipped with a smart tv & coffee / tea facilities (also downstairs if you need your tea / coffee fix). Our room was quiet and fairly spacious, with a view on the church's side (so stained glass windows and old stone). Smaller than other rooms in North America, but as a European I am used to it - historical buildings are that way so be prepared for stairs and no elevator. Nice parking space. I really recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere aesthetically pleasing and different.

The chateau is so much more than a room, it has fantastic guest facilities such as a lounge with board games, a heated swimming pool, a spa and sun loungers for every guest! The bed is supremely comfortable with lots of space and the bathroom plus sitting room are delightful. One of the things we really loved was the place and quiet, after being in Quebec city this was greatly appreciated. Slept like little babies 😃 Nathalie is a wonderful host and you will be hard pressed to find better accommodation.
