Location to totem poles is excellent - 10 minutes walk, however part of the road is not paved which could be scary for some because of the volume of traffic. Staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was as stress free as possible.

Very Clean room... The staff was so friendly... They even came to the event I was selling my work at. The pool was beautiful. Walking distance to Boston Pizza. Mcdonalds. Tim Hortins.. Air conditioner.. Coffee.. Fridge. Micro. Most beautiful towels.. Very safe for parking. Beautiful gardens and fenced in for safty.

The service was exceptional! We had a problem getting there on time. As a result we needed to call for someone to come check us in. It was 2 o'clock in the morning. The night watchman was kind enough to allow my husband and I to come in and wait in the lobby as it was cold and snowing outside. Due to the late hour I had woken the lady that came to our rescue. She was absolutely great! Checked us in, and was training the night watchman for future services at the same time. We came over for a celebration of life the following day and this lady took her time offering her condolences etc. And again in the morning when we had to check out. I'm sure we'll be staying here every time we travel to the Duncan area, as we already have a few times in the past. But this particular management...she knows how to treat people and gave us every courtesy considering I got her out of bed to come over in the middle of the night. The overall cleanliness of the room was also exceptional. Some places we've stayed have been... a bit scary to say the least.

The view from the room was magical. Cowichan bay is a beautiful small paradise by the sea and the gorgeous suites were the perfect place to watch the boats and the scenery

The location of the property is perfect, easy to find and access. The view into the harbour from the room is super. The coastal path leads into the town centre with shops and restaurants. We sat on the outside patio of the Vine restaurant for dinner, and it was very good 👍 You can literally cross the road from the property, sit in the park and watch seals swimming close to shore in the bay.
