It was really nice and very comfortable. The back garden was so peaceful, relaxing, and quiet. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay during a layover, I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s also not far from the airport, which makes it really convenient. Especially the host and his wife — they are absolutely amazing people! They were so kind, caring, and welcoming. After having such a stressful journey and really wanting to be with my family, they made me feel so comfortable and treated me like family. Honestly, I felt right at home. I almost didn’t want to leave 😂, but I would definitely stay there again if I get the chance. Thank you so much for making my stay so lovely! ❤️

We traveled around Nova Scotia for 2 weeks, mostly on Cape Breton. We only stayed 2 nights in Enfield for the reason of being near the airport. So we didn't really explore the area to give a review.

The location was excellent for an early morning flight. Hotel was nice, all areas were clean, , staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, spacious, with a nice view. bathroom was modern and nice and complete with amenities. Nice personal greeting on the TV. Dining was very good , the hamburger and salad was so tasty and delicious. Dry ginger ale was very refreshing. Free Airport transfer was on time and very welcome, made getting to the airport and flight out so easy. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The only good thing was it was 5 mins from the airport.

The only good thing was it was 5 mins from the airport. The room, and carpet smelled The sink was cracked. The sheets were wrinkled like someone had slept in them. The remote for the tv was low on battery but even if you could get something, it wasn't for free including local stations. I got food poisoning from the restaurant and the breakfast was very limited with a long line for the ridiculously slow toaster. We only stayed at this appalling $300 a night hotel because at the last minute there was nothing else available. Spend $100 more and stay somewhere else!

The reception was good and as I was there for a short time, the staff were helpful to give me advice on things I could do and where I could go for shopping. The room was clean and warm and that made my stay enjoyable. The distance from the airport and the shuttle services were appropriate for me.

I arrived from the UK around midday at airport.

I arrived from the UK around midday at airport. Called for courtesy bus which arrived quickly. Arrived at hotel around 1pm expecting to have to wait for room. I was able to get into my room right away , which was great as I had been travelling for approximately 16 hours and was tired. Had a quick meal in restaurant which was very good. My family arrived a few hours later and we had a nice meal in the hotel. My grandchildren loved the pool. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel was beautiful, until I got to the bathroom in my suite. Everything was renovated except the tub and surround and the bathroom counter. Don’t understand why you wouldn’t go all the way. The bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke. The door to the hallway was not soundproof and neither was the door that joined the suite next door. I could hear everything the couple were saying quite clearly. Other than that everything was beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel because of the location and love that we can leave our car worry free while we are gone. We didn't get to have the breakfast because of the timing of our flight but was impressed it started so early, next time.
