The owner was is very professional, he has taken an aging building and spruced it. It is very close to everything in Gananoque and walking is a reality. Rooms are large, I had 2 King beds, bathroom is updated and large and he does a small breakie at a great price point.

What a lovely b&b! Felt like wanna walk barefoot through the house 😃very nice and helpful hosts, super delicious breakfast, nice rooms with lots of extras to make you feel at home. I truly enjoyed this wonderful house!

Gananoque is a lovely Town on the edge of the St.

Gananoque is a lovely Town on the edge of the St. Lawrence with lovely water views and a great location to take a Boat Tour of the famous Thousand Islands. The downtown core has a good selection of shops and restaurants' to visit. Great location for pleasant quiet get away.

We chose Gananoque so that we could take the river cruise to...

We chose Gananoque so that we could take the river cruise to see the 1000 Islands. However, near the river area and the Comfort Inn we walked around and enjoyed the waterfront and the park. It has plenty of history and the grounds are well looked after. There are some nice little shops, although the drive into town, was a typical main street until you get towards the end and it becomes more of a pretty village. We ate in a wonderful restaurant called Riva and visited the Stonewater pub. Both were excellent. The 3 hour boat tour was enough, but it was a beautiful day so we enjoyed being out on the water. There is a nice walk by the river, with a few shops and restaurants.

The town is lovely with many eateries and shops, and...

The town is lovely with many eateries and shops, and everything was all decked out for the Christmas season. Views of the waterfront were great and in warmer weather more walking would have been enjoyed. All in all, a great destination for Christmas strolling or summertime exploring.

We came for a weekend to take the 1000 island cruise and...

We came for a weekend to take the 1000 island cruise and visit the Boldt Castle. I was disappointed in the lack of fall colors, but were very impressed with the organization of the cruise and was very impressed with touring Boldt Castle. There was a large of number of restaurants in the area to choose from. Would have enjoyed going to the Royal Theater, but nothing playing while we were there.

Gananoque is a great location to visit all of the 1000...

Gananoque is a great location to visit all of the 1000 islands on the Canadian side. The town had some nice restaurants. The Old English Pub, Purple House and Grayson's at Wood View Inn. took a 5 Hour tour with City Cruises of the 100 Island with a stop at Boldens castle from the docks in town. It was fantastic. The vibe in town is very much geared to tourism. When i planned this trip I knew nothing about Gananoque, but I hit a home run.

A beautiful small town located on the beautiful Saint...

A beautiful small town located on the beautiful Saint Lawrence River. This area offers so much to see and do. The people are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I love this place and everything about it. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Hotel is basic with clean room which is spacious for us (family of 4 adults and 2 kids), bathroon newly renovated but the exhaust fan too loud. Just stayed one night, we were happy to have a full size couch and 3 chairs for our take-out dinner and watch TV. Light breakfast at 8:30am (self-service) at the hotel reception area with coffee, juice, cookies, toasted bread, jam/butter, yogurt & banana. Hotel location is easy to find and close to Gananoque cruise port.

Perfect quiet location on the 1000 Island Parkway, good enough breakfast. The room was heated (much appreciated as the weather turned very cold and rainy). There was an HDMI cable that came in handy. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The B&B is steps away from the Landon Bay hiking trails. Very close to Gananoque without actually being in the town itself.

I used to live in this Town and remember the hotel when previously owned, it seemed a bit run down back then. The renovations and improvements are impressive as well as the cleanliness of the room and property Staff were very friendly and most willing to accommodate: extra towels etc.
