The apartment was nice and spacy and had everything we needed. The host was very welcoming and had a nice store on the ground floor with good coffee, food and icecream. Generous portions. Besides there are some groceries.

quite i would not have stayed if it was not for the manager that offer a extended stay at a great rate ... i'm only 40 min from my house. it gave me incentive to stay ... i also made sure i spend money here on top of the room.

The house was spatious and comfortable. There were 4 bedrooms with lots of storage area and 2 full bathrooms, enough for our party. The living room was well decorated, with a nice large TV, and we were able to park the car in the garage which was nice. The following amenitites were included: dishwasher and laundry detergents, dish soap and shampoo.

The hotel was like a motel.

The hotel was like a motel. The room looked like it had some areas that were not painted. The shower curtain was gross it needed a good wash. The bed was comfortable. The location was ok. We thought ate dinner at the restaurant and it was ok but was slow.

The Ramada @ Jackson Point is the best place to stay in that...

The Ramada @ Jackson Point is the best place to stay in that area. It’s rt on the water, overlooking the lake. Paddle boats for families. Nice dining room. Great food. Good service in entire hotel. Great place to take pictures. Drive rt up to your door. Lovely little island w/a lighthouse on it not far off the shore. There’s an EggSmart there. Off season - no dining : Monday & Tuesday. But, breakfast is arranged by someone else. Georgina is a quaint area, consisting of several combined places. It’s only 3/4 hr from Toronto. Straight up Hwy 404. A nice drive thru the country.

Other than go out for dinner, we stayed on site.

Other than go out for dinner, we stayed on site. Due to the time of year, we found that many places were closed and did not open until Tuesday, Wednesday and even Thursday. About the hotel, the website said there was a microwave in our room - there was a spot for one but no microwave. The restaurant on site was also closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The website advertised that it was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

The city has amazing beautiful places to explore… the residents are very nice and friendly. The city is very clean. but I’m really upset because all best lakefront places is for residents only. We stop at convenience store, lakefront we have only 20 minutes to park, after 5 minutes police check my plates I moved right away before I get ticket!!… we feel really uncomfortable unwelcome. you are free to moved but don’t stop at lakefront 🙄 likely we came to the city to stay in a resort.
