A beautiful garden with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water. Room was quiet and comfortable. The host prepared us an early breakfast as we had to get going early.

The hostess was very welcoming, the ambiance was warm. The breakfast was better than at any chain hotel/motel i have ever stayed in. It was served and tasted as good as any 5 star breakfast restaurent.

nice place, but only 3 people will be comfortable, and we were 2 couples. the house is nice and the view is very beautiful, but the bed linen and towels were dirty. The house has one double bed and one single bed. The couple slept on the sofa, it was not comfortable for them. But the price is fully consistent with the quality.

This location was perfect in all respects except two. This site has cabins. Each cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. It is directly on the St. Lawrence and has a fire pit and Hottub. When we arrived I thought this was the best place we had found on our trip. The first issue was the cleaning fee I didn’t realize until after booking (I was booking on the road with spotty internet). The fee is per stay which wouldn’t be bad if staying a week. We stayed a day and left it spotless. So it was quite a large fee for that. The second and biggest problem might be related to my cabin only but anytime you turn on the water the whole cabin smelled like rotten eggs or sulphur. We didn’t want to shower there and we just tried not to use the water. Other than that I really liked this location.
