The cottage was perfectly located with lake view and access to lake for kayaking ans other activities. Beautiful deck to enjoy the lake view and share a cup of coffee with friends. Very close to all the city amenities grocery, , health supplies, restaurants, pubs and bars etc. Good neighbours with lots of privacy.

The views from the balcony were lovely. The location was not far from lovely walks and easy to get to Algonquin park. The place was clean and tidy and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend this

The owners were phenomenal. Met us at the driveway showed us where to park. Went in to find the room in immaculate shape. When we booked Booking.com adjusted the dates for our trip without us clueing in. As soon as we realized I contacted Mel & Craig and told them the mix up. They emailed back in such a short time and gave is the suite. She normally keeps for family. We were beyond pleased when on our last night we were sitting on the swing and they invited us to go on the boat and took us to the music on the deck & light show. That was beyond the best part of our stay!! They are fantastic hosts and we look forward to coming back next year with our 4 kids and their families. We personally want to thank them for such and amazing time. It honestly has been the best part of our holiday!!

Every single staff person took care so lovely! We had a bunch of heartwarming talks and extraordinary breakfasts and new years dinner! The heather lodge is based in the hart of Ontario and provides a lot of information about what to do around them! They also arranged a wonderful dogsledding tour for us! We also had the most comfy bed we ever slept in! All in all a 100/10!❤️ Thank you so much!❤️
