The host were so friendly and accommodating!! The room felt like home , it had lots of little extras like ketchup and mustard in the fridge , candy , coffee , fresh bread ,well equipped kitchen , etc etc . Would definitely recommend the place and if we are ever in the areas again we would definitely stay there !

Everything. The room was super clean, the beds extremely comfortable. The SPA is great (pity that <18 are not allowed). Great breakfast.

Comfortable bed, deep/wide bath, extras like lotion, shower caps. Quiet room and hallway, minimal noise despite being next to a snowmobiles parking spot. Indoor gym, pool, spa and sauna, all beyond excellent and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed it during my stay. Access to washer dryer (2$ per usage, you can exchange bills to coins at the reception). Walking distance from big malls, good restaurants. All in all, loved it!

We were in room 103 on the ground floor. The chateau style house was originally built as the offices/accommodations of the clergy responsible for the Church next door and its conversion to hotel rooms was brilliantly executed in what was changed and what was renovated; really quite beautiful. While the check-in/check-out is all accomplished digitally, it works like a charm and the staff were very responsive and helpful despite not being on-site. We loved our stay here.

Near a variety of recreational activities such as boat cruises, snowmobiling and fishing, this hotel offers comfortable guestrooms in beautiful Chicoutimi, Quebec.

Such welcoming and helpful staff. The location was perfect for access to shops and Saguenay town. Lovely pool area. Plenty to explore in the area so this makes a perfect base. Hope we get to return again soon.

The location was peaceful and beautiful. The hostel aspect of having a shared kitchen was ideal for me. There was a store near by for groceries and wonderful walking paths. Lots of things to do and see close by. I did rent a car and taxi was a bit expensive to be driven to airport to pick-up the car. The staff (Francois) was friendly and helpful (especially as I spoke very little French).
