Cleanliness, location, affordability, welcome at reception, hospitality all excellent, breakfast good with choice of hot and cold foods / beverages. Teas and coffees always available in reception area. Extra coffee available in the room. Bed extremely comfortable and lots of clean / fresh towels in bathroom. Plenty of on-site parking.
