One phrase sums this hotel up. “Everything is as it should be.” An absolutely perfect place to stay. One tip - if you’re arriving by train from Tirano get off at Surovas, if the train stops there before Pontresina, it’s then a very short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the hotel.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms and common areas are absolutely spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and compared with other places we looked at it was extremely well priced.
