Amazing hotel in the nature, great food at the restaurant and Giovanni and Sebastiano really go above and beyond to make customers happy

Very easy handling! Our itinerary got mixed up, but the host was very flexible and helpful.

Really don’t know why you have a lots of bad reviews. Everything was OK. You have self check in, so you can write number of your reservation and that’s all. The easiest way and the most comfortable thing for us. You can do check-in whenever you want. Rooms are big and it was nice stay for this price. We’d like to come back again. 10/10

the owners and staff were great. the food was really good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. WIFi was excellent. Hotel was easy to access and close to where we planned to visit. Breakfast was very good with fresh bread, coffee, etc.

This is a gem of a hotel in a quite rural setting, it is truly beautiful. The rooms are enchanting and the whole place has been renovated to an excellent standard. There is a lovely garden overlooking the meadow at the rear. Off road parking. The restaurant is excellent with all homemade food that tastes absolutely delicious. The hosts are brilliant. We fell in love with it and would definitely stay again.

Very nice restoration, clean comfortable rooms, central location, large garage for bikes

Very clean. Quiet. Nice friendly staff. Close to railway station

Beautiful views, peaceful nature, and clean air. It's perfectly located near Neuchâtel and the Gorges de l’Areuse for stunning hikes. Great service and friendly staff!

Very very charming staff, great location with beautiful views. Highly recommend staying here. Tasty breakfast, parking nearby, close to Neuchâtel and the lake, what more is there to say?

Beautiful property. Great location. Lovely food.

Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

Great location, staff were amazing. Super comfy beds 🥰

We love Sophie our host, she is wonderful in every way. The location and the lovely historical setting are perfect for a stay in Chartres. We are full of fond memories, very charming place to stay.
