An exceptional stay, perfect location, and outstanding service! We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Pestalozzi, and we cannot praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. A special thanks goes to the dining room team, who were absolutely lovely and provided service that was well above and beyond expectations. The hotel's location is a major win – it is perfectly central yet incredibly quiet. It is steps away from the beautiful lakeside promenade and the stunning Parco Ciani, making it easy to reach absolutely everywhere on foot. The property itself was impeccably clean, and our room was extremely comfortable. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel that instantly makes you feel at ease. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
