The woman at the front desk was lovely and so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The hotel was a short walk to the old town. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was within walking distance from the train station 🚉 (Neiderbipp) The staff were wonderful and very helpful - especially with the language barrier. My room was very comfortable, with thoughtful little extras and everything was very clean. The breakfast options were only cold but there was a lot of choice. There was a nice atmosphere.

The location is amazing, its a beautiful property with neat and very well maintained rooms, and Marcus, the owner, is an exceptionally humble and cooperative person. We just stayed for 1 night after an evening out in Solothurn. The room was very nice, included an excellent breakfast and the rate was quite reasonable. We got there when it was pitch dark and woke up to the beautiful surroundings on top of the Weissenstein. This is not an out-and-out luxury hotel but it absolutely delivers for the price.
