We travelled with our 2 medium dogs and the accommodation was perfect. Even if the room was a bit small, the bathroom was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The hotel's restaurant was great - we had dinner there and the terrace with the view is just fantastic. Breakfast has lots of options (lots of cheeses). We were super lucky to find parking in front of the hotel for 8 euro / 24h and it was really useful - otherwise you can just park for a moment in front of the hotel, drop your stuff, and park in the other parking a bit more far. Also strolling around the neighbourhood is really nice. They have a specialty coffee place nearby. Would definitely stay at this place again when visiting Konstanz.

The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place. The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time. The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top! The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff. Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place. Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland. We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful. Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around. Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.
