I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. Final Verdict: This hotel delivers an amazing experience in every aspect. From the unbeatable location to the top-notch service, it’s a must-visit for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski getaway. A small boutique hotel in central Switzerland, friendly and welcoming staff, an excellent restaurant for dinner.

In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

The atmosphere was really friendly. Jozef in particular is a true professional.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was HUGE with a magnificent view and there was safe storage for our bike.

Super friendly staff and super well organized for people traveling with dogs. They even have a fenced area were the dog can release some energy and has a map over a suitable first walk in the region with your dog.

The staff was really friendly. The facility has a bus stop in front that allows to reach the slopes in 10 minutes. Sauna and swimming pool are perfect to rest at the end of the day. I also had the best Kaiserschmarrn of my life! Totally recommend this place, considering it is one of the few hotel in the area with honest prices.

We had a really nice two-day stay at Hotel Alpina. Carla was a kind, generous, and very personal host who did everything to make us feel welcome. She created a warm and friendly atmosphere, and we felt well taken care of. Carla is an excellent cook, and the view from the hotel was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we got lots of helpful tips about things to do in the area. Would love to come again!
