The staff and the host were amazing, friendly and efficient. Dinners were delicious, breakfast a good selection of continental food items. We felt very welcome and well looked after. My 97 year old dad also enjoyed his stay very much. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Allegra! From the moment I arrived, this place felt calm, welcoming, and deeply grounded in the quiet rhythm of Scuol. What made the stay exceptional? Team Arnica! Their warmth and genuine care created an atmosphere that felt human rather than transactional. Grazcha fich to the entire team for making me feel so welcome. The food deserves special mention too - beautifully prepared, nourishing, made using local ingredients. Each meal felt intentional and comforting. Real pleasure to slow down and enjoy it. Staying here felt less like being jus a guest and more like being gently welcome into the Engadin for a while... Felt rested, grateful, and already looking forward to returning. Check in lady was very helpful

The hotel collected us from the train station and allowed us to check in early at around mid-day, so that we could already go and enjoy the fabulous wellness facilities. There are many different saunas and baths as well as other relaxation facilities, so there were never too many people in any of them. We were provided with bathrobes and could connect with different facilities without leaving the building. Breakfast was very good, and of course the setting is breath-taking

Super friendly and accommodating staff, the rooms were exceptionally pretty and comfortable. Included spa totes with towels for the spa, including discount for the spa. Easy to reach by bus from the main train station. Lovely breakfast and cakes from 2:30 to 4:30PM.
