Hotels near Gempen

Very nice rooms, clean and very friendly staff!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in all terms. The manager especially was top quality in communcation, kindness, quick responses. I haven't had such good service even in 5 star, high quality hotels I visited for business reasons. Top of the top. The very compact but so effective eating area was also a big surprise in terms of goodness.

Ratio quality/comfort to price is excelent. Hotel staff is helpful, understanding and kind. Pizza next doors. Close to highway. Good parking. One of best 3star hotels i have visited... In my opinion this hotel has 4stars. 4th star is Julia.

I had a great stay at Basel Hotel. The hotel was modern, exceptionally clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I honestly have no drawbacks to mention. I would happily stay here again.

Reception staff exceptional- considerate & helpful. Room quiet & bicycle parking secure. Great breakfast- lots of variety. Right next to a train station. Short walk to supermarkets.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with everything you need. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and the location was in easy walking distance from the station. A plus point was the free travel card in Basel.

De kamers zagen er nieuw uit, ze waren erg schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

I really felt at home as soon as I met the owners, who welcomed me and gifted me a 'welcome dinner.' The hotel reception is in the Chinese restaurant as you come in, and it is a beautiful setting with amazing food! I came to this location because it is close to St. Jakob event center in Basel, Switzerland. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. There are several service businesses: salons, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though my workshop absorbed my entire day, the owners were so kind to offer me a late-night snack from the restaurant with sparkling water for my room. I slept soundly in the most comfortable bed ever! The affordability, cleanliness, location, and the wonderful owners & staff made my stay a restful experience.

Clean, comfortable room and bed; curtious staff; fantastic breakfast; good-quality vanities (body lotion, shampoo, etc.); abundance of free parking on the street; free drinks on each floor. The place has a good vibe about it, and it's the second time we stay here. Good tram connection to Basel.

Staff were super friendly. Room was clean Lovely quiet hotel

Price for Switzerland. Location. Staff Clean view

The property s at a very good location.Tram station is in front of the building.10min with the tram to the main train station

The room was spacious and stylish, the breakfast was quite diverse in terms of food offered and the location was very convenient for me; also the fact the members of a certain Swiss folk metal band to whose concert I travelled also stayed here says something I guess

Location was perfect for our needs. Nice quiet neighbourhood

Quiet hotel on the Rhine river. Food and service excellent.

Nice area, clean room, good breakfast, professional service. We love this chain, often chose them for to stay.

Best value for money especially for business travelers.

The family! Breakfast, food in general and services were excellent!!! Thank you

Loved the location. An oasis in the forest. We had dinner at La Brasserie and the food was absolutely delicious as well. Staff were amazing too!

Good breakfast. Spacious and clean room

Wonderful service, great food, lovely decorated rooms and bathrooms -- and extremely accomodating management. I had made a booking mistake, booked one night too early. Hotel manager greenlighted applying the payment to our actual stay instead of charging us more. We're very pleased and will be glad to return to this place.

Very modern lobby amazing location (Migros underneath, kebab store across the street, etc.) Big room Very good price The staff was very kind

Perfectly located for a music festival we were attending.

The room was a great size, great facilities. The staff were really nice and great English. Nothing too much trouble. Great location , great price.
