Excellent location with great staff

Big size room, with nice facilities. This is the second year that my group stops in this nice hotel. Just utside the wall of the town, away from the chaos of the town. Highly recommneded

Wonderful position just in front of the lake, breakfast to be improved.

The hotel is quiet and close to the Geneva Fountain, 15 minutes away. Suitable for families. Our apartment was comfortable, facing the lake. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. It has a nice feature. It has a water sprayer in the bathroom next to the toilet seat for hot and cold water.

Location very central to all shops, train/bus. Room very roomy and excellently fitted out. Breakfast included in the price, and excellent choice and swift service. Meals (lunch/dinner) optional and very good value for 3 courses. Excellent food. Staff could not do enough for me, from front of house to cleaning staff. I would recommend this place highly.

Great staff, excelent accomodation, great breakfast

It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

The property was modern and well appointed, whilst maintaining a sense of coziness and charm. The off street parking was very convenient.

Great boutique hotel - right size and location.

Really lovely bedroom and nice balcony, with beautiful view. room size big enough and bathroom very big as well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very central located and has a very cosy atmosphere. Will definately go back soon again, it was worth it. Oh yes, and parking opposite the hotel, so problem.

The location, the vibe, the bar and the restaurant! Although it’s lively, there is no noise at all when you are upstairs in your room.

Amazing place and we have stayed a few times. Wonderful for kids. Two pools and scenery and location thoroughly enjoyed.

Best staff, so friendly & helpful. We booked dinner last minute & they gave us the best table in full restaurant. Great views over lake Geneva whilst having a balcony breakfast. Clean & comfortable. Parking not far away but you can drive to hotel for drop off & pick up of luggage. Ferry to Switzerland & lake towns on your doorstep
