What a pleasure and surprise this stay was. Used it as a one night stop before flying out of Zurich. The premises and staff were a delight, and my traveling party loved the lift after carrying their suitcases up multiple stairs in other recent stays

The Leuen was well maintained, clean and comfortable . All the staff were welcoming , very helpful and friendly. Great food and excellent service in the restaurant. We stayed 3 days and ate all our meals at the hotel.

Even though it was a basement-level apartment, everything was thoughtfully arranged and in great condition. The kitchen had all the essentials, and we were pleasantly surprised to find toys and little touches prepared for children. The beds were also very comfortable, which made the whole experience feel cozy and relaxing.
