Perfect location, rooms are a nice size, light and airy. All you need is available.

We cannot praise this hotel enough. The receptionist was extremely friendly, she waited for us to arrive until nearly 2 am and just as other reviews say, nothing is too much trouble for her or any of the staff! We were provided with a cot bed and allowed late checkout which were much needed and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and just made is feel very welcome!

Super friendly staff, who not only helped us get in touch with a new rental car company after our car broke down, they even helped drive us to the new rental car! Amazing, spacious new rooms, with great beds, airconditioning, and bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for me!

The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless and very comfortable. All the facilities were great. It was easy to find and the free parking was most welcome. Great wifi, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Soft fluffy towels. The owner was absolutely charming, very helpful and made our stay even better with her advice on where to go and where to eat. We had a wonderful and would love to return. Thank you again.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast (huge selection), very nice and helpful staff. Parking was in front of the hotel. The river (Rhine) is just a few steps from the hotel, easy to take nice walks. Ideal for a longer stay, to use as a base for hikes or walks or excursions. Even Basel is not far.

The entire Bata Club Haus was unavailable due to renovations when I stayed there. There were only rooms available for travellers. Thanks to this, the whole place was really quiet and it was a great place to rest without being disturbed by any noise. There is also a petrol station nearby with a car wash, so a nice place to prepare your car before or after a trip.

Wonderful service, great food, lovely decorated rooms and bathrooms -- and extremely accomodating management. I had made a booking mistake, booked one night too early. Hotel manager greenlighted applying the payment to our actual stay instead of charging us more. We're very pleased and will be glad to return to this place.

The staff was very friendly and the location was near everything. Parking was also provided free of charge.

I booked this property for a second time for my German work colleagues who reported back that everything was perfect especially the breakfast and restaurant food in the evening.!
