Very friendly staff, nothing was too much to ask. Due to car troubles, we stranded in this rustic hotel. The reception helped us with everything (luggage, tips for public transport). Amazing location with beautiful views and a nice wellness. Breakfast was really good!

I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. My stay at ViVa was simply perfect. My hosts went above and beyond to make my stay utterly memorable. I was visiting on a personal mission to see the place of my ancestors...and the hosts even organised a party for me to meet the locals with my name. Unbelievable generosity! The hospitality, the beautiful, comfortable and ultra clean surroundings made for a sublime stay. Everything about this place is awesome! The horses, the cows, the mountain views, the people. Highly recommend for those wanting a beautiful adventure in the Swiss alps. So grateful for this experience!
