The proximity to the thermal bath is great! You can walk from your room in your bathrobe, and two visits are included. We asked for a room with wooden panels, and it was both cosy and big. The breakfast was quite good. We arrived by bus from Thusis, and the walk from the bus stop took no more than a minute.

I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. So I think we made a very good choice. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant where you can eat on a terrace with a very nice view. Location was extraordinary and just the right distance from the main highway - 15 minutes but you feel you're in a different world. We climbed the nearby hill and I picked wildflowers for my daughter and grandchildren. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
