Loved the room/ fully equipped, all wooden, modern. Outside was cold and windy, and the room was comfy and warm. There is a parking spot right in front of the motel. It's easy to self check in at any time of the day/night.

As I had injured my foot, we were offered a room in the castle to save me walking so far for meals etc. our room was spacious with a balcony and superb view. The staff were very obliging, friendly and happy - we felt very at home here.

Very nice stay at this hotel in Switzerland. The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and the location was convenient - close to the essentials, but also in a quiet area that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and calm stay. Overall, a solid and satisfying experience. Mels is a nice sleepy place next to Sargans.

Mels is a nice sleepy place next to Sargans. It's just a 2km walk away. It is friendly and close to a starting point of the Via Alpina. There are ample restaurants; a sizeable COOP and some local stores including a nice bakery.
