The rooms were very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. The facilities and surrounding grounds were beautiful and very easily accessible. The museum and wine-tasting was a very interesting and enjoyable addition to our stay.

Upon arrival, we were promptly offered a drink. The staff there are absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic location by Lake Constance in a quiet little hamlet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming in the lake was wonderful.

The handmade details in decoration like some of the tiles in the bathroom and glasses in some of the windows in the breakfast room were strengtening the "Fachwerkhaus" ambience. Breakfast was exceptional. The staff was very kind.

Lovely hotel in great location. Fantastic food , we availed of dinner, bed and breakfast. Gorgeous selection of good food. Local produce. Great family room. (Family bike tour)

Great location, nice facilities, and a good breakfast. There was even a garage to store the bike. Thank you!

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room with amenities

Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland. We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful. Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around. Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.

Extremely welcoming staff and very comfortable room. Delicious dinner and breakfast.

Location and the modern furniture

Great hotel Spa facilities, very pleasant and customer focussed staff, family owner very present around the hotel.

Rally nice, close to the lake. Everything was perfect, the room was really clean, breakfast was perfect and the view of the room (lake view 🪟 combined with the silence was gold... beautiful )

A beautiful facility in a stunning location. The restaurant, while a bit pricey, was really delicious.

Accessible by foot from the Konstanz flixbus station. Public transport availability. Staff were friendly and helpful. They also has a local public travel pass included for the city tax we paid( had to ask in the reception)

Great location nice breakfast and great whiskey bar with excellent barman

Everything from location, rooms, restaurant and service!

The wellness area was exactly what one may need: clean, relaxed atmosphere, and fully equipped. The room was very clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the “pillow à la carte” option, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. We also had an excellent dinner at Lion d’Or. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the reception team for their kindness, to Maria for her warm and attentive service during dinner, and to Johnny at the bar for his friendliness and great attitude. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Fantastic hotel, great location, great breakfast, rooms spacious and exceptionally clean, we will be back!

The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was great!

Very friendly owner who gave good advice on things to do. He showed flexibility in arrival time. Good breakfast

Very spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Great beds. Lovely continental breakfast in a really pleasant dining room. Owner was really pleasant and helpful. Great hotel next door to eat at too

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a really good experience — I would definitely stay here again!

The personnel were friendly and good communicators. The hotel was clean and quiet and sufficiently heated. There is an easy walk to a very nice and popular asian restaurant. The room was not cramped with adequate space to move about. The wheelchair access is superb, although I am able bodied. (Life has taught me to play attention to this.)
