The location is great, but one should keep in mind that the hotel is located at a sketchy place since it is next to the train station, which lures marginal people occasionally. However, it did not affect the stay itself much, it was not noisy or anything. Plus, it should be noted that there is a church nearby, which has quite a cacophonous bell ringings during services. But again, I am listing this not as an issue of accommodation, but rather as something which should be relevant in a broad sense.

Everything was perfect! A clean hotel, English speaking staff, free parking, great breakfast and coffee

Breakfast and parking were included – that’s great. A standard hotel, nice and comfortable.

The room was super quiet and big. The restaurant served delicious, fresh and local food.

Elegant old hotel with character Large comfortable room with view over Städtli Central location Separate but elegant bathroom

Everything was very good! Car parking, good clean room, tasty breakfast

Location, location, location. You're in the country if hiking is your thing'.with an abundance of trails but a train passes right in front of the hotel at least every hour. The train station is right next door. In a short time you're in Zurich or any other major city. The mountains or the Tessin as well are in easy reach by train or car.A healthy breakfast is available buffet style, cereals ,fruit, milk and yogurt. As well there is whole grain bread, jam and cheese on offer as well as rich coffee and fruit juices. The bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. And last but not least the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The comfort and how nice the staff are!

Everything clean and proper! Easy and automatic! Highly recommended

Everything - staff - room - restaurant - surroundings - dog friendly

Everything was great. Our room was super quiet, very clean, quite spacious, and well equipped. Thank you very much!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Arte in Switzerland. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. I also really liked the top floor area. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great location in the heart of Olten. Stayed on a Sunday so very limited restaurants open but hotel had theirs open as an easy option. Best part of our stay was the great breakfast!

Either Switzerland is to blame, but Ascott Hotel has the kindest people. I have been checking in outside the check-in hours, but nevertheless, I was met with a smile! In the mornings, during breakfast, personnel ask you for the coffee/tee preferences; they are extremely attentive all in all when it comes to minor requests. Much recommended!
