We loved this charming hotel. Personnel was kind, amenities are excellent, comfy, clean, and very cozy. Easy access to train and ski lifts. Nice decoration. Excellent restaurant (good cocktails). Cute living room/bar area with fireplace, and really nice complimentary tea time. The charm of of a small hotel with the standards of a 4*. Kudos to the team!

Clean lovely beds, polite staff, great quality food, calm and restful environment.

It’s near to the station. View from the apartment is amazing. It is well maintained and modern facility inside the room.

Our stay at this boutique hotel in Gstaad was nothing short of magical. The hotel has super elegant interiors, and breathtaking mountain views created the perfect retreat. Every detail, from the cosy yet luxurious rooms to exceptional hospitality, made us feel truly special. The warm and welcoming staff added to the unforgettable experience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return to this beautiful gem in Gstaad

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The ideal central location, beautiful and clean room, and a delicious, varied breakfast all exceeded our expectations. A huge highlight was Irini at reception; she greeted us with incredible warmth, impressed us with her multilingual skills, and gave us invaluable personalized tips for Switzerland . Thanks to this wonderful hotel and wonderful Irini, we can't wait to return!

Very nice. They were friendly to kid too.

The staff went above and beyond for me during my stay - thank you to the reception gentleman, very obliging.

Everything . Most important what a beautiful staff . I am very thankful to and Anja and her team.

Perfect as usual! My favorite place in Gstaad and one of the bests in the whole Switzerland! The spa is literally heaven on earth! The staff always friendly and ready to assist you in order to resolve any problems. Dog freindly ( and I mean it - it really is dog friendly, they even offer a dog bath) and from the manager to the chef, they all are really dog friendly! Always lovely atmosphere! Just perfect!

Amazing staff and food outstanding

The hospitality, the cleanliness in the room, the antique look of the lobby and above all the smiling faces of the host.

The place is amazing! I loved the views and the feeling to be so close to the mountains. The hotel is beautiful, from the lobby, to the rooms, to the amenities. The service was great, everyone was really kind and we had a warm welcome.

The rooms, the views from the room, the balcony, the restaurant, the food, the location, the friendly staff- everything was spot on!

Amazing staff, always ready to help and keep smiling. Would love to go back again, just because of rhe place, the hotel and the staff!! The breakfast was in general good, but I usually get bored of eating the same stuff everyday. So a bit of variety to add will be a bonus.
