We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel and a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were comfortable and clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was delicious. A special thank you to Angelina, who was working at the bar. She was simply amazing — friendly and nice. Her excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable and memorable.

Quiet place, close to the lake and Lucerne. Very caring and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Everything was great.

You will not regret staying here. Yvonne is an incredidly warm and welcoming hostess. The place is simple but it's confortable, clean, and has everything you need to rest properly. I had hiked 21km in the rain before reaching the hotel. Yvonne immediately showed me to my room and was patient as I practised my german the entire stay. The shower and bed are great, and there are many options for dinner (great food, big portions, reasonable price).

Rooms are clean and well maintained

Staying 4 people in an apartment on the top floor, with 3 separate bedrooms, 7 beds and with magnificent view to lake Lucern. Responsible family of the hotel was very much appreciated.

I had such a wonderful time and the weather was glorious. The Wellness area was great and never too crowded. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had everything one might desire. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Attention to detail was second to none. The food was excellent .

The accommodation was great all.facilities right on the lakeside watching the paddle boats coming and going really some thing else. The Chinese family were exceptional hosts and I even learned some Chinese words. The housekeeper Yanny I think.her name made.sure my room was stocked and in excellent order. They really went out their way to make me welcome. The location was one of the best on lake lucerne. I was impressed by their hospitality.

Loved the lake side view and room was perfect, enough to destress and have a wonderful rest.

Excellent location near the lake and port, close to restaurants and a bus stop. Very good breakfast and friendly / helpful staff. Large and comfortable room with modern bathroom.

Quirky and accommodation, clean and comfortable

Everything was very clean. I had never stayed in a hostel and didn’t know what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable and the shared bathroom was very clean as well.

Marvelous, it was warm enough to sit out on the balcony - thank you. The shower was A1+ and very generous with the towels

Everything amazing, unforgettable view and good food in restaurant.

Very clean rooms. Amazing views. The food was also very tasty, the staff was very accommodating (hot water, late dinner, late checkin/checkout). Good even after considering the cost of reaching Stoos and Parking.
