The flat is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality pieces, making it feel incredibly comfortable and stylish. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it looked even better in person than in the photos – a rare and welcome experience! The facilities were great, leaving us wanting for nothing. The wellness area was exactly what one may need: clean, relaxed atmosphere, and fully equipped. The room was very clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the “pillow à la carte” option, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. We also had an excellent dinner at Lion d’Or. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the reception team for their kindness, to Maria for her warm and attentive service during dinner, and to Johnny at the bar for his friendliness and great attitude. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Amazing location just round the corner from the town square but still quiet and a real retreat. The staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. The bed and room were comfy and with thoughtful amenities and a delicious free breakfast.

Coming across this place as the first of its kind which would be suitable for disabled friendly. I would definitely count on it to bring elderly people on a trip to Swiss and host them here to be comfortable and to show them the best of Switzerland. We spent the NYE here, spending a quite time, enjoying a few fireworks from the neighbor hood and relishing the time walking around to explore a bit of the town. Also relished a view of the crystal clear sky and the stars, beautiful. Great views, very friendly staff, she gave us good insights about the local food and some places to go explore around. Stein am Rhein and Rheinfalls are definitely a recommendation to go check around.
