I can’t express how grateful we are for the incredible hospitality we experienced at this hotel. We arrived drenched from a heavy rain and asked for an early check-in. Despite the odd hour and no staff being physically present at the hotel, they went above and beyond to find a solution and ensure we received our keys without any hassle, and it was all free of charge! Our situation didn’t end there—every piece of clothing we had was soaked. The hotel personnel were absolute lifesavers, taking all our wet garments and putting them into a drying machine. This kind gesture was just what we needed after such a rough start to our day. As if that wasn’t enough, we were sitting in our room with no dry clothes when the hotel staff brought us a pan full of hot tomato soup. It was incredibly delicious, rich with herbs, and it warmed us right up. This thoughtful touch truly made our stay unforgettable. Considering the extremely low price of our stay, we expected something really simple and maybe even a bit shabby. However, it was completely the opposite! The service and amenities were outstanding. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest comfort is unparalleled. Thank you for turning a miserable day into a memorable stay!

Very quite. 5'walking distance from train station. Personal was very proactive. Room more comfortable than expected.

The shower got really hot and was lovely the bed was comfortable

Very friendly service clean hotel and very comfortable

I liked it. The breakfast was delicious and the people were friendly.

Very kind personel Comfortable bed Homely atmosphere

A safe choice! Brand new accomodation. Very polite staff. Nice view. And very cost effective choice. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff is very kind, attentionate and very efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very good dinner as well. The hotel is only 10 minutes bus away from the center of St Gallen so it is easy to commute.

I believe the hotel has been recently renovated to a very high standard as everything in the room was brand new.

Perfect in every way: Room, facilities, Restaurant and Staff!!!

The service at the front desk was polite and reliable. It was nice that the room was spacious and clean despite its old appearance. The contents of the minibar were also cold.

The hotel has an elegant feel of a traditional Swiss house. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - very continental and the coffee was perfect.

I stayed at the Einstein St Gallen when I was watching Wales v France in Euro 2025. It was great to get the hotel room because the match did not finish until just before 2300. It was very luxurious, the room was very nice. Breakfast was in the conference building a opposite, maybe 25m walk.

Brilliant location renewed hotel friendly staff exceeded my expectations

Location is great, staff is welcoming. They helped us and found parking for our motorbikes even though that was not on them.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room

The hotel and staff were splendid. Would love to return.

Everything was exceptional. From the parking, hotel, staff, helpfulness, food, room - it was all lovely.

Brilliant location. Just around the corner from the train station and the town centre. Great transport links. Clean and tidy hotel. Rooms are cosy but perfectly formed for a short stay. I really like the decor throughout, with it's Japanese/ industrial style. Helpful staff, but there is also a self check in desk which is very handy. Bar on site with some sitting outside. There is also a place to eat. The bed was super comfortable. Quality pillows and covers. Brilliant shower also.

Nice (spacious) rooms with all facilities that you could want for a city trip. Clever lighting, separate toilet and shower, little kitchenette area and good beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely stunning location. Plentiful breakfast. Lovely room in the attic. Really comfy bed. One of my favourite hotels ever. Highly recommend.

Very good all round, close to station, the best possible value for money.

Hotel DOM offers 5 studios, which are small apartments. They are located on the 4th floor of a tenement house located 250 meters from the main train station in St. Gallen (you can easily get around on foot, even with large luggage), 600 meters from the cathedral and 850 meters from the Kunstmuseum. There is an elevator in the building. The studio I was in (No. 1) was cozy and adequate to my needs. The kitchen is equipped with appliances enabling you to prepare your own meals (small oven, induction hob, pots, pans, electric kettle, coffee maker, small fridge). The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The area is quiet and peaceful. There is a lovely view from the windows. The studios are definitely an offer aimed at people traveling alone.
