Found the hotel with great ease off the number 18 tram. Nice spacious room, liked the clock wall art and the non formulaic style of hotel. A bit of history with the paintings on the corridor walls. Some good restaurants and bars in pleasant Carouge.

-It is very expensive for standard of my country, but for Geneva and that location - best you can find, I think -very clean -everybody is very kind and nice and will solve any problems very fast 🤗

The staff were great and the reception was fantastic. They were so helpful in upgrading my room, taking care of my luggage, early check-in time and still helping with a tour plan! The room itself was large and very comfortable. located centrally and close to the main station it was very convenient to move around. Definitely recommend it.

The staff was very helpful and kind, even offering us super early check-in!! The rooms were super clean, and the bathroom, although shared, was cleaned regularly and was at all times sparkling. The rooms also included a sink, which was super convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

It was easy to accsess and everything was as promised. The location was very good. I only stayed one night and did not use commonarea and kitchen but it looked comfortable and nice.

It is a great location within walking distance of Geneva's most attractive sights. It is very easy to get in and out of the hotel, with wonderful staff and great overall accommodations. Additionally, the hotel is super cute and very cabin-like while in the city!

The location was perfect for what we wanted, walking and shopping, cafe, lunch. Also, the new rooms were very clean! And I liked the Rituals soaps!

Exceptional service that turned everything around. A truly memorable stay I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva, Switzerland, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel has a wing with older rooms, which are still good, but upon arrival I asked to be moved to a different room. My request was promptly and graciously handled by the staff, with great politeness and hospitality. My new room was spacious, beautiful, fully renovated, and had a stunning view directly overlooking the river. I had wonderful days there. I did have a small issue with a guest in the room above mine who was making a lot of noise during the night. The hotel was incredibly attentive throughout. They kept in touch with me during the night and early hours, and even sent security to check on the room upstairs. Their responsiveness was impressive. A very special mention goes to the General Manager, Anita Radovic, who deserves recognition for her courtesy, warmth, and the exceptional way she handled everything. Thanks to her and the entire team, what could have been a less-than-perfect experience turned into an extremely pleasant stay. I felt genuinely welcomed and completely comfortable throughout my time at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay ! I stayed for one night in a single room overlooking the garden. It had a shared bathroom, but it had a sink in the bedroom. It was clean, well equipped, quiet, comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The checkin was quick and friendly. The hotel itself is in a large old house in huge gardens. It has tall ceilings and an early-mid 20th century charm. The location is perfect for Geneva.

Comfortable, clean, good location

I liked the room space / location / staff / cleanliness

The hotel is right in the center, everything is 5min away, the lake is very close, the bus stop for the airport (bus 10) is 300m on foot. The apartment was spacious and bright. It was equipped with everything necessary and had 4 single beds which was perfect for a group of friends. It has also small kitchen and a big dinning table. The staff are very friendly welcoming. We arrived at 9am and they let us leave our luggage for free as the check-in was later.

Exceptionally professional staff, the gentleman who was at the desk this morning helped me with so much patience as I had to solve a last minute emergency before my departure from this very fast business trip in Geneva. I am used to traditional European places of that rating and I found exactly what I expected : I had a single standard room, took a nice hot tub, watched some news & used the wifi in the very comfy large bed in which I slept so nicely until room service woke me up as planned for my meeting. Loved the general feel and deco, noble materials throughout, lots of wooden warmth.

Location on the edge of lovely and quaint Carouge was amazing. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and takes you straight into central Geneva in just 20 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The design scheme is great, based on Geneva cartoon artists. Each floor is designed by a different artist which we loved. Breakfast in the hotel’s café was a daily treat!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony which was beautiful. Location was also good. I would 100% stay again 😊
