An excellent stay overall. The view from the property is absolutely stunning. My room was clean and very comfortable, and the staff provided warm and attentive service. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a great hotel, great room, and location. Nice Bathroom, nice view, nice restaurant (in the same house, different owners).

We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.

I have seldom had such a pleasant experience in a hotel in Switzerland. The staff was very friendly, the bar was comfortable and welcoming, the Storchen Restaurant down the road, that belongs to the property was delicious. Breakfast also. And I loved my room.

Great stay. Rooms really nice and clean. Reception was very helpfull with everything and very welcoming. In general all employees of this hotel were great to deal with and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Switzerland. We stayed in the Family Room on the ground floor, and it was perfect for our family of five. The room was spacious for a Malaysian family, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our children especially loved the upstairs sleeping area, which gave them their own cozy space and made the stay feel extra special. The amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs, and everything was well maintained. One feature we particularly enjoyed was the side door leading directly outside, where there was a comfortable bench and seating area. It was incredibly relaxing to sit there in the evening, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and watch local children playing at the nearby playground. It gave us a pleasant glimpse of everyday Swiss family life. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was fresh, varied, and more than enough to satisfy our appetite before a day of sightseeing. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere made each morning enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly environment that exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the Sursee area.
