Our visit to Scuol came with no particular expectations since the goal was to work at Davos for the World Economic Forum. However, upon arrival, we were captivated by the charm of this picturesque town and the extraordinary warmth of its inhabitants. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and kindness, consistently going above and beyond to fulfill our every request. As someone who travels extensively, I can confidently say that our experience at the Conrad was among the finest. The level of service and attention to detail was truly remarkable, setting a new standard for hospitality.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous room with a wrap around balcony. The views of the mountains on either side were gorgeous. It was right next to the train station and the ski lift (even though we were hiking but you can a free daily pass with the visitor pass that reception can sort for you). We were supplied a bag and towel to use the spa facilities at their sister hotel across the road. This was such a treat. On the day of departure, I became very ill and they kindly allowed me to stay past check in before my travels. Such amazing customer care. Lovely breakfast too.
