Loved the room/ fully equipped, all wooden, modern. Outside was cold and windy, and the room was comfy and warm. There is a parking spot right in front of the motel. It's easy to self check in at any time of the day/night.

24h availability to speak with someone, even just over the phone. The lady was so kind to help us find a space to sleep as we arrived to late too late to the other hotel, where reception was closed.

Alles Past, Super Hotel🇨🇭

The owner is very friendly and welcoming ;) The room we had was very spacious!

Location, comfy rooms, breakfast and friendly staff - super.

More about the people…. Very ameanable! Excellent dinner

The charming family that runs the place is very welcoming, they make you feel at home. The location is so beautiful and convenient, just besides the Heidi town. They have typical swiss rooms that are very clean and have comfortable beds. Additionaly, they serve both traditional swiss and international delicious cuisine in the restaurant.

This is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great food! A highlight was the breakfast - it’s one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! It’s located a short walk from the bus/train station and there’s also a convenience store opposite if you want to buy any snacks. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Perfect break with gastronomical cuisine.

Amazing service, amazing team and the hotel was beautifully clean

Amazing hotel, staff, Wellness and food

What I like are Location, room size, available and free parking space close to the room, spa and pool available, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great: nice clean rooms, very friendly workers, I liked a view from my window to the river. Food is really tasty!

Great location, comfortable rooms, good service

The hotel is located exactly on the slope. Skiing to door was amazing..the hotel and the room were all clean.

Very friendly. Good location spacious room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the hospitality, room quality and place.

Everything way beyond any expectations!!! I wish I could have rated 20 out of 10 - they would definitely deserve it. Communication, flexibility, pro-active approach to my wishes and changes, even a famous 5* property staff in town might learn here quite a lot. Top of the cake: I was challenged to make my scrambled eggs on my own for breakfast and I was really truly happy, there was no chance for any dissappointment coming from the hotel kitchen:-)

Beautiful period Swiss hotel with plenty of original features with modern upgrades

This hotel very definitely lives up to its reputation. The service and attention to detail was outstanding. The room was excellent. Little touches like fresh fruit in the room everyday was lovely

Location, convenience, breakfast

The staff are all so welcoming and clearly care about their guests and their comfort. I chose a standard double room and the bed was super comfy, views of mountains and vineyards were simply stunning, and i didn't hear a single noise from any other rooms to disturb the peace. I loved the good size desk for the odd occasion where I did need to do a little bit of work as well, and the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch too. The restaurant menu is excellent and combines traditional with modern and international cuisine to provide something to suit everyone. The guest house is beautifully decorated, keeping the traditional Swiss style but elevating and modernising the spaces to provide a calm, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Jenins is a beautiful tranquil village where you can totally disconnect, but a ten minute drive has you back at the motorway, spas, ski lifts, or shops. Loads of parking, too. I loved it and look forward to going back!
