The bedroom was stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, and the view was absolutely spectacular. The bed was so comfortable that we slept wonderfully every night. Everything was spotless — the rooms were beautifully clean, and the shower was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

First impression when arriving at the accommodation was amazing! The location was great, with a stunning panoramic view from the room. We could even see the alps in the background. Also the bed are good and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Also the staff is helpfull and kind.

This is a fantastic residence for anyone wishing to enjoy nature with a touch of history. The complex has impressive gardens and it was a pity that we couldn’t stay longer to explore all of them. The beds were comfortable and the room very convenient

Easy to navigate , exactly what we needed while staying in Frauenfeld , as close as you can possibly get to the train station.

Love the location, the amenities. My colleagues travel often for work and we usually book Cristal :). We recommend it.

Always stay there when visiting the town

Great location to stop for the night on a multi day journey. Off the motorway enough to be quiet and enjoy the scenery and also not a chain hotel which I try to avoid. Room was quiet and very pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic.

We rarely give a 10, but this hotel absolutely deserves it. The hotel has great facilities including a free parking, a beautiful rose garden, a restaurant and fitness room with a ping pong table! The room was very spacious and clean and there was some fitness equipment right in the room, which allowed me to do my morning exercises in the morning without leaving the room, such a great idea. The views over the castle and the lake are stunning - very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere . We enjoyed the restaurant terrace where we had a lovely dinner and an amazing breakfast too! The staff was super friendly and the attention to details makes this place truly unique and worth coming back again and again.
