This indeed is a quality hotel. (high entrance) parking garage, good breakfast, dog friendly, lovely people working there, very comfortable beds, great airco as it was hot and outside the room you can take bottled water, soda, apples or muesli reels. Oh and a clean and spacious room.

The room was big, nicely designed, and very comfortable—perfect for a family with two kids. Plenty of space and a great atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

Walking distance to railway station,supermarket,Schloss and Old Town.Owner friendly and allowed an early check in.Delicious Swiss breakfast.Plenty of free drinks,wine,chocolate bar and peanuts in bar fridge.Special mention to Flavia the receptionist who takes pride in providing exceptional service to all clients.

This is the second visit to this Hotel as my last visit was also excellent, good location for my work visits locally, very helpful staff and excellent food.

Excellent hotel with a great view over the Hallwilersee. I stayed one night during a trip through Switzerland, and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff was also very nice! I would definitely come back if I happen to come to Seengen again in the future!

The room was nice and the bathroom superb. The "automatic" reception worked fine, the key was delivered without a hitch.

Right in the old centre of Mellingen, It looks like the room had an air conditioning unit although I did not try it at this time of year.

A very nice and clean hotel. The reception for Ochsen Lodge is at the opposite side of the street, in the main Ochsen hotel. In the lobby of Lodge, snacks and drinks (enough even for a light breakfast) are available, free of charge for the guests. It was incredible quiet, very clean, very good WIFI connection. Fast laundry service, I appreciated the help! :)

Food was delicious, great breakfast! Location is super central, comfortable spacious free parking. Rooms have small, but cozy balcony.

Delicious breakfast and dinner, really enjoy it. Waitress has good manner and provided good dining service.

What a pleasure and surprise this stay was. Used it as a one night stop before flying out of Zurich. The premises and staff were a delight, and my traveling party loved the lift after carrying their suitcases up multiple stairs in other recent stays

The breakfast was great. The hotel and staff are great. The family atmosphere in the hotel is fantastic. Quality of the food and service in the restaurant are wonderful. Having EV charging on site was a big plus.
