Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast

We did not like much of this place.

Situated 10 minutes walk from downtown. The room was clean and comfortable with a good, hot shower. Strong wi-fi. Towels, soap and TP provided. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Good value. Highly recommended.

-Very friendly front desk staff, who accommodated various requests including the insertion of my Marriott Bonvoy number -Great breakfast with lots of options available -Room is spacious and has a great bathroom -Hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas

It suited us completely. friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast

Everything about this hotel was great, especially for those with a moderate budget.

The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The ocean view rooms are superb and the breakfast was top notch and includes a free view. The front desk staff were very helpful and in particular Christopher was a good people person. I will stay there again.

Professional and experienced service. Nice rooms, simple but functional and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Staff more than helpful nothing a problem. Room great . Location fsntastic

Very good location, great breakfast, helpful staff

Was great location, literally above the bus station, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfy.

The location was great walking distance to everywhere just across the street from the malacon 10 minute walk to bus terminal stores all walking distance

The hotel location, the room, and the breakfast.

The location is perfect for Puerto Varas, the price is beyond convinient for what you get. Even though there was a big festival in the town center (couple of blocks away) from the room you wouldn't hear any noise. The breakfast is not buffet, but served by a very nice lady and overall good.

Very good breakfast! The view!!!! Location.

The breakfast team could not have been more helpful. They ensured that you had everything you needed and were willing to go out of their way to help you. On days when we had tours they allowed early for breakfast and we eat all that was available some 30 mins before breakfast was due to start. The day we left they laid on breakfast for us at 4.30am. Excellent service. The reception staff were very helpful in arranging all the we needed. Brilliant location with easy all around access for tour pick ups.

A bespoke retreat set in woodland not too far off the main road. The property is something to behold; a blend of timber and the owner's (Victoria) own creative artistic touches and flourishes, from decorative details to general design. Great meals on a 7 day rotating menu and an wonderful owner/chef team only too willing to go the extra mile to bring drinks to your room! Victoria's from Argentina, speaks good English and brings a homely cultural flavour to the house.

Location on lake, spacious room, parking

The professional attitude of the staff that wasted hours trying to find an accommodation for us
