Very clean, accessible and friendly staff

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly also, also the location is good

The staff were lovely - super helpful! They are the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was also really good and they provided it early due to our leaving early

The hotel is renovated with quality. Bedroom is spacy. Bed is very comfortable with good size. Air conditioner well.. The staff helpful. The hotel is very secured day and night. Orivate parking .Globally, amenities where correct. One of the best you can find in the city for.this cost. Also I stayed not in this ine but in another NK Hôtel la Grace located in Essos behind shelll Essos.

Staff very friendly and always willing to help me (thanks to Mohammed for his help especially), very good breakfast menu. Really loved the quiet even though the location is pretty central. The room was cleaned everyday.

The staff is kind and attentive, always at your disposal if any concern arise. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that is great too. The state of the rooms is very good, you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I truly recommend this hotel and its kind personnel.

Centrally located, nice staff, refurbished…

I've stayed in this hotel in March 2026 for 4 night. I was extremely pleased with the service, from initial booking and contact with the hotel before arriving to Yaounde, during the stay, till the delarture day. Everyone was extremely helpful, nice and attentive (this applies generally to all the Cameroonians I have met :-)). My room was spacious and very clean, with hot water and air conditioning working perfectly during the whole stay. I was also very glad that the Double Twin has a restaurant/bar serving really good food - I have tried all the variations of ndolet and each dish was large, very tasty and served quickly. The hotel also arranged a transport for me from the airport and back; I also had a private driver arrangrd by them to get me through Yaounde'd busy streets to wherever I wanted. The driver Pierre was very reliable, always on time and easy with communication, driving very carefully bur efficiently. To sum up - I can wholeheartedly recommend the Double Twin to anyone coming to Yaounde. Dear Hotel, many thanks for your hospitality - keep up the good job your doing!

Very comfortable and clean, nice and spacious room, breakfast and restaurant are good and the staff from the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and competent. Air conditioning works well, and wifi is a bit on the slow side but functions well and consistently in the room.

Good place close to the military hub quarters of Yaounde.
