Best place we stayed during our China trip. No problems with communication! Very service-oriented. Location - absolutely great - near the lake, but in very silent part of it. Views from windows (in room and dining facilities) are magic and attractive. Very appropriate vibes from vacation!

Staff there is really helpful, the Chinese style breakfast is good. Location is around 15 mins away from the centre but Didi is really easy to get there. Definitely a place i will stay again in the future if i ever come back

Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.

The room layout is very distinctive, brimming with a Chinese style. The rocking chair in the courtyard is my favorite. Here, you can fully enjoy your leisure time. The staff are very enthusiastic. There is free laundry service and electric bikes, providing thoughtful services for guests on long trips. It's wonderful!

We got free upgrade to a room overlooking the river which was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and helpful and there were quite a few restaurants nearby that provide yummy local cuisine at reasonable prices.

This hotel is amazing. If you get off at Guilin Railway Station, you're really lucky because it's so close. The hotel is brand new and opened recently, so there's no strange smell at all. The staff are very friendly and professional. It only takes a ten-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill Park and the Liangjiang-Sihu Scenic Area. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as a huge shopping mall. I really like it and highly recommend it.
