A fantastic place with genuinely excellent service. The hotel organised a transfer from the city and even upgraded our room beyond what we had booked. The room was modern, very spacious, and offered a beautiful view. Everything was done to a very high standard. All the main must-see sights are within easy reach. The service at the hotel is outstanding - staff respond to any request almost instantly and are consistently attentive and professional.

Staying at this hotel by Yulong River was an absolute delight! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warmest staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The highlight had to be the enchanting koi pond on the premises. The colorful, plump koi fish were incredibly cute, gracefully gliding through the water. Watching them was so relaxing! The riverfront views were breathtaking too—serene waters and lush greenery created a picture - perfect backdrop. Whether enjoying a meal or simply strolling around, the scenery was always a treat. We planned to explore more, but found ourselves lingering at the hotel because the experience was so enriching. Mornings began with a dip in the refreshing pool followed by a diverse and delicious breakfast. Our days were spent between reading by the serene fish pond, working out in the well-equipped gym, and of course, capturing that iconic shot on the breathtaking rooftop "Sky Mirror." The addition of the petting farm was a delightful surprise, adding a touch of rustic charm. The fact that we could get all our clothes deeply cleaned and dried, and enjoy great meals without ever leaving the premises, made for an utterly stress-free vacation. The staff was attentive and friendly, tying everything together perfectly. A truly exceptional and holistic resort experience.

Beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views from the window. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everyone who works at the hotel was really kind and welcoming. It was great to be able to purchase food and drinks at the hotel as well. Breakfast was included but you have to pay extra for coffee. The lady working in the kitchen was super sweet and even gave me snacks for my long train journey! Perfect example of Chinese hospitality.

Great experience. Good amenities, nice decor, decent location if you looking for quiet retreat not too far from the busy West Street. However, what made this stay the best hotel experience while traveling in China so far for me, has been the people involved. The staff and the owners encompass what the hospitality should be about. It really felt like a home away from home. True warmth and kindness from everyone involved. From home-made delicious breakfast, to sharing tea with the proprietors. They will help you arrange anything you need (private driver, local restaurant recomendations, getting e scooter etc.) and will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I had amazing time and if I ever pass by the area again I will for sure stay here. Thanks to everyone involved. This is what hospitality is about.
