The location to the main bus terminal and the gondolas is very convenient. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go way out of their way to help you plan your time in Manizales. They made this city so much better!

I arrived early and the front desk clerk worked to get me a room as soon as possible. Also my 4x4 was too large for the garage so again the clerk helped me find a safe place to park the truck. Although the hotel serves food the clerk was also quick to recommend local restaurants that had maybe more of a local feel. All in all, even though it was a one-night stay, the hotel went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable after a very long drive.
