Beautiful location and very responsive hosts. We were met with a small basket of fruit as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. It was so nice that they had a yard (with soft grass) where my dogs could roam around without leashes on. It's not completely fenced, however, and my dogs did figure out how to get through the gaps in the tall grass border, so if you have dogs be sure to keep an eye on them. The yard was beautiful and the house was very roomy (tall ceilings). The kitchen was well stocked except they could use some storage containers for leftover food and something (sponges?) to scrub pots and pans and clean dishes. Also, the knives and scissors are pretty dull and pots and pans were not nonstick and need to be replaced. Knives need to be sharpened. The bathroom on the main level smelled funky (sewer-like) so we didn't use it. Was happy overall with accommodations.

Hacienda luxury hotel is a true gem. It has the most beautiful view, a great facility with huge windows facing nature, and a private restaurant! The communication with the staff was great and they were really nice and helpful. The private pool was actually a jaccuzy and we didnt even know it! (warm water at night) The road to the estate itself is gravel and a bit bumpy, the curtains don't cover all the windows and light in the morning do come in (for us it wasn't a problem because we woke up early in the mornings anyway). The shower has a blurred transperent window facing nature (again for us it wasnt an issue).
