Amazing place with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with cooking oil and spices – something we didn’t see in other places we stayed. They also left us snacks and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Overall, we really loved it and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Peoples who tired from crowd lifestyle & need relaxation then this is one of the best quite apartment in Larnaca. It's a great place for holidays with families & kids. Very quiet area 6km far from Larnaca town centre, which is 8-10 minutes drive maximum. "Stelios Supermarket" is 3-4 minutes driving distance. Very beautiful oroklini famous birds lake is in 5 minutes walking distance, You can enjoy with kids, birds watch tower to showing them many kinds of natural birds nest & pink flamingo in winter season 🦩. Its nice area for hiking or cycling. Dekhelia public beach in 4-5 minutes driving distance. Oroklini mountain is in 5-7 minutes driving distance, where you can see all Larnaca City from bird eyes view. For this apartment Its better if you rent a car from airport & return at same airport or pafos Airport, Although there is public bus station in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Ride on Bus number 418 for Larnaca Town centre and Airport both way. The host was super active to support us anything needed ❤️ & advised to rent a car through a website "Cosmos" online before arriving Cyprus, which was cheaper & no time wasting at airport on our arriving time. Apartment is fully equipped with new electric appliances & new air-condition in all rooms & fully loaded kitchen stuff. A huge new "55"LG smart TV on wall with netflix & 1000+ EU satellite channels can make your holidays comfortable like home. The patio is the best place in this apartment with 2 swing chairs. Drinking a coffee in this veranda will make you feel very relaxed 😌 I definitely recommend this spotless shiny clean luxury apartment for holidays & relaxing or business travellers.

The apartment is exactly the same in reality as it is in the pictures, and maybe even more beautiful. Comfortable, well equipped, clean and very cozy. It's a fantastic feeling to wake up and see the sunrise reflected on the sea from the window. The bed is comfortable, the home textiles are high quality.There is even a converter for the sockets. The accommodation is in the outer unit of a building complex consisting of several apartments, so it is quite calm, overlooking the sea. Terrace, sunbeds, common, grassy yard and the sea at arm's length: sandy and pebbly. It is next to a busy road, but you can't hear it, it's a very quiet and peaceful place. It is the perfect choice for those who want to relax a little away from the crowds and crowded beaches, although appr ox. a 15-minute walk will take you to the beach lined with hotels. There is only a little grocery store with a bit poor selection in the immediate vicinity, but there is a local restaurant about 100 meters away, which I really liked. The host is very kind, friendly, helpful and flexible. For example, I forgot my cardigan in the closet when I was checking out, and since I was still in town that day, she brought it for me. Amazing! I hope I can come back with my family again.

Loved this place! It's such a tranquil refuge away from the crowded touristy places on the coast. This pretty little town with some excellent restaurants is definitely worth a detour and I really enjoyed staying the night. The beautiful old building has been renovated while maintaining its original character and the lovely patio inside is unbeatable as well. Highly recommended!
