Despina’s and Steve’s country retreat is a wonderful place to relax and recharge. The room was really cozy, spotless and the breakfast was amazing. The highlights for us were the green surroundings, the spacious outdoor area, the pool, and of course Despina and Steve and their 2 dogs and cats - we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Okay, it's going to be a long one, but definiately worth reading (I hope). We were tired with all the touristic and noisy places and we hoped to spend a few days in mountains, but still be close to the water - the location was exactly what we needed. It's 30 minutes by car from the sea. It's an enormous house where half is occupied by owner's family and half is rented. When we came, the door was in the key of our apartment and there was full fridge: water, ice cubes, sodas, fresh fruits, candies and bars, some bottles of 2 different kinds of alcohol. An owner came and showed us how everything in the apartment works. In the room we had huge jacuzzi, I didn't expect that. And the view... perfect. We wanted to get a coffee so we took 10 minutes walk to the "city centre" and on our way we had a change to try wildly growing: figs, almonds, granats, limes, pomelos, grapes... Amazing. At the coffee place everyone from the village was sitting together and talking to each other. Very communal, pleasant experience. The next day on our outisde table a plate with peeled, fresh cactus was waiting for us. The day before we spoke to the owner that we have never eaten fresh cactus, so he prepared it for us. In the afternoon, on our way to the restaurant in the middle of the village (if you want to go there, what I recommend, make a reservation beforehand!) a lady from the village saw us and asked if we are from Demetris. When we agreed, out of the blue, she gave us warm, cypriot pankace with cinamon. How nice was that! When we got back to our place, the mum of the owner shared with us a dinner which was some traditional cypriot food. For the whole stay (3 nights) we felt very welcomed, wanted, listened to and care taken of. We had a feeling of being a part of the community as everyone took care of us. We had a wonderful experience and could feel Cypriot hospitality to the fullest.

Nice little home. Everything there you need. Things you won't need are not there, like a washing machine, a TV, Wifi. Katerina says people are only there for 2 or 3 days and do outdoor activities. Katerina is nice and helpful. The place is clean. Two taverna are very close, the one in the upper floor "To Stekki Tou Panai" is much nicer than the other. The little shop at the corner is great, they have everything. There is also an Asian restaurant, very great.

Very beautiful cosy small house. One room that fits all!! It has everything you might need. It is indeed very small but for us it was not a problem. I was there with a friend and we shared the bed. It's ideal for couples or for 2 friends who don't mind sharing small spaces. It is fully equipped and modern. The location is great. It is 15 minutes away from Latsi. Away from any city noise. It's a quiet area and you can relax. There is a big garden where you can sit and enjoy your meal or BBQ I will definitely choose this again when I am visiting Latsi next time. I enjoyed my time there, totally recommend it.

The host was flexible and let us in earlier as the property was ready at the time. Location is quiet and peaceful in a small village that also offers su variety of taverns, and while by the sea you experience humidity, at this location you're safe from that as it's up the hill. A couple of nearby wineries. Panoramic rides wherever you go from here! The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, towels also smell nice.
