Very nice apartment for a family stay close to Lipno lake and Český Krumlov. Clean and cosy with a nice terrace. The apartment was fully equipped so the stay was really comfortable.

Out of all the hotels, we chose this one in part because it offered parking. Shortly before arrival, we found out that parking would not be available. We wrote that we were disappointed, as it was an important factor for us. Our car is on a long journey and is packed with belongings. We asked for assistance in arranging a safe parking option and requested advice. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the hotel staff showed any real interest in helping us. It was this lack of support and willingness to assist that led us to lower our rating of the hotel. Although the room had already been paid for, we decided not to come in order to avoid risks to the car and our belongings. We are not evaluating other aspects of the stay, as we did not experience them.

The hotel is in an excellent location although our windows overlooked another building. We could lean to look both ways though. The room was full of beams and old style furniture but very well equipped including a coffee pod machine plus kettle and fridge. In the room we had, the contents of the fridge were there for us to use as required. Breakfast had many options to choose from. Some of us aren't worried about fancy coffee, just filter coffee is fine! The interior of the building was amazing, very ornate in places. There were lifts to the upper floors and wonderful river views from windows on the staircases. On arrival MILYN was so helpful on the check-in and advised us well on places to eat. Next morning she had remembered us and as we waited to go in to breakfast she asked about our evening.

Amazing location and view of the castle from our windows. Staff knew about our arrival and were able to prep our room lot sooner. We were able to check in around 12:30 which was fabulous! Thank you! Breakfast was amazing too - lots to choose from!
