Everything was amazing. The owner was great and very attentive to every little detail to make our stay as best as possible. We went with our two dogs looking for quiet during the new year's eve. Rooms are very comfortable, warm, cozy and extremely clean. Breakfast was very good served, also dinner at the bar. We loved every minute of it.

Forsthaus is in a very peaceful, tranquil location. Everything is done to make guests welcome without being overly fussy. I’ve noticed a few changes/modernization since my last visit some 16 years ago but the essential character remains unchanged. I used to come here frequently during my motorcycling years and was very happy to see Christian again. The menu has changed but is still excellent, the authentic Spanish tapas really must be tried….

Marina at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went out of her way to welcome us, print off maps, and help us with everything we asked. The location is stunning, and I wished we were staying for more than just one night. Real gem. Plus, the breakfast was amazing.

I really liked the location, the area is beautiful, the hotel itself included. The room we had has a nice and rustic view. Good beds and a good bathroom, everything was decent, nothing to complain about. Breakfast is very good, and the hosts are very friendly. Definitely recommended!
