We stayed here for 3 days. Everything was super, we had breakfast and it was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. We really liked the photo machine next to the entrance, it’s a good idea. Totally recommend this place.

Very nice. I had an actual bathroom not the segment as usually is in ibis budget. I thought it’s one of those hotels with cheap prices and expensive parking, but the garage is actually FREE. So huge plus for this hotel, I wouldn’t choose it otherwise if it was not free.

It's clean, close to public transportation (S2 takes you strait to Marienplatz & Central Station in 15 min), and it was worm in the room (it was - 4 outside) Towels were changed daily, room was cleaned everyday. Room was big enough for the two of us Mini bar would be a good idea (extra profit also) , when you come back late in the evening, there is no store close by. Breakfast is ok, could be a little bit more choice but ok In this price range, wery good hotel

My wife and I liked everything on this hotel. We travel a lot in USA, UK and EU and this hotel really stands out. It has a great price value there is a lot for this price. Really great, all well thought out in this hotel the green aspect, the great beds, super athomshere, music, gym, washing machines, and all in the room super comfortable! Again highly recommended, a very good example of a hotel worldwide. Congrats to the creators of this hotel, wished there is a chain of these hotels...!

Clean, comfortable apartment with enough space for 5 people, even a dining table is included for 5 people, the fridge is quite big. You have to ask the wifi code by booking. com message or by sms and the stuff will send it to you. There is plenty free parking space available just next to the hotel or if you are lucky even at front of the hotel. The environment is quiet, so you can have a restful sleep if you arrived just after a long drive.

I love the bakeries. REWE is ideal for shopping.

I love the bakeries. REWE is ideal for shopping. There is a golf course for golf enthusiasts. I think I also saw a horse farm. The transportation system is very good. You can go everywhere easily by public transportation. Although I am a vegetarian, I was very comfortable with the side dishes at the Steak House in Aschheim. I especially recommend Bell's Steak House.

It's really close to Munic centre, only one train (around 20 min) away. We were traveling at the start of Oktoberfest, so it was really busy. We only spend one full day in Munic and the other day we just went for lunch at the Luffy pancake café (recommendation!). The biergarten was really cute and we also had German food which was also nice.

We did not visit the town. The Hotel Niu fury was missold The Niu Fury was advertised as an Apartment, it is NOT an Apartment it is a hotel room with only 1 chair.!!! Good for I to 2 night stopover only, no local facilities unsecured WiFi and more. Would not reccomend for a long stay. It ruined our holiday.

We didn't have a car with a low emission zone sticker, so this hotel is perfect for when you want to visit Munich, specially because they have free parking. It is very quiet over there because it looks like a business district. Bathroom and shower were great!

Great value for the price, 15 min walking distance to ICM Messe with free parking in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect for my intended purpose.

Close by to the Messe Munich venue. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also prepared for an Adele residency so from the first steps you get into the mood. Near by is the train and bus stations.
