The staff were friendly and helpful. The house keeping was good.

Front desk staff are very friendly and accomodating.

It's clean, close to public transportation (S2 takes you strait to Marienplatz & Central Station in 15 min), and it was worm in the room (it was - 4 outside) Towels were changed daily, room was cleaned everyday. Room was big enough for the two of us Mini bar would be a good idea (extra profit also) , when you come back late in the evening, there is no store close by. Breakfast is ok, could be a little bit more choice but ok In this price range, wery good hotel

Staff was really helpful and kind. They helped us on a difficult time, since we got stuck in Munich because of the snow storm. If it was not because of our situation, I'd say this is a perfect place to go for a romantic getaway.

Conveniently located. Excellent Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. Parking space in front of the building. Room with 2 beds, desk and bathroom with good shower. Breakfast for 12,5 euro was good value for money: Cereals, bread, orange juice, fresh boiled eggs. Friendly personnel. A quiet and clean breakfast area. Just what you need.

Good hotel and close by the highway. Easy to pickup the key.

Great breakfast with variety of options

The rooms were very well cleaned and designed. The LED lights are a very nice touch. They offered free drinks which was very nice and the staff was always willing to help with any requests.

Very comfortable, clean, calm! The restaurant is unique. The dinner was excellent!

great place to stay, clean, comfortable.

spotlessly clean and very comortable

The breakfast is very good, the room is very clean and the location is very close to the exhibition hall

Very professional and kind staff. Perfect room temperature. Room perfectly soundproofed.

The staff were excellent, we arrived early and Olivia greeted us with kindness and understanding after a long travel. She arranged our rooms before check in time at no additional charge. Max was the friendly face you saw when coming downstairs, he offered my coffee and snacks before giving me advice on where to go for a run in the area.

Location, breakfast, nice modern hotel

Excellent value. Appreciated the little kitchenette area and plenty of space. It was an easy walk into the town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Every thing was excellent, breakfast buffet, reception, very clean (clean everyday and change towels also)10 minute walk to the train station, bus stop just 5 minutes bit far from the centre but easier to get every where. Who likes carm and quiet place its perfect

The hotel operates without a traditional reception — everything is digital. Guests receive a PIN code to access both the building and the room. There is an underground garage, as well as free parking available in front of the hotel. It's also worth mentioning how understanding and patient the hotel was when I experienced a serious issue with my car — not just a flat tire, but a completely damaged one. Their flexibility truly helped me handle the situation calmly and efficiently. Thank you again!

The location is very good. That’s enough parking everywhere.
