It is clean, smells good, the stuff is super nice and helpful. I stayed there 3 times in 3 months and will stay there always when free. Very good price for what they offer.

Fantastic Bar and restaurant staff 10/10

I loved the lighting in the room and I felt like the room I was in had a cozy feeling and enough privacy.

Next to the train station but not noisy Good value for money Suitable location for us but maybe look closer to the city if you are looking to do things in central Frankfurt

Everything was perfect. Very helpful host who looked after all our needs. Large room with comfortable beds and little extras like haribo sweets, peanuts and tissues. The evening meal was delicious. All in all first rate. Highly recommended

Exceeded my expectations honestly, very beautiful and clean room, free drinks and a balcony, and for a very good price. Staff was lovely. I would 100% recommend, one of the best hotels I have ever been to

Location, nice room, friendly staff

It had clean and comfortable rooms. The bar and restaurant were perfect, we got some pizzas which came quickly and were very good. They also showed the euros games which was a bonus too.

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.

Breakfast very good. WiFi for free. Location is best> next to train station, next to Sixt, walking distance from Old town. Lobby bar open for drinks

Very quiet room in 1st floor even facing the street, just close the window and it`s perfect.

Very nice hotel situated at the riverside. I stayed there with my wife and 2 dogs, a perfect stay on a nice room with excellent big beds, very tidy and good shower. Very friendly staff and also nice for a walk with the dogs along the river!

It is on the river Main and I guess you can make nice walks there. The rooms are modern and spacious and have a fridge and - halleluja - a shoe spoon. Noise isolation (it is close to the airport) is very good. The bed is good, the restaurant is good, breakfast is good. The place is a gem:)

The staff is absolutely kind and warm! The family room we had is very spacious and had a table. Many eating options close by. The breakfast is outstanding!
