Fantastic place. Like a motel, ideal for motorcyclists as you can leave the bike in front of the door. The room is immaculate, it also includes a small kitchen. Lots of space for storage. Superb views over fields ( and industrial buildings). We came last year as it was being built and this year, again, on another motorbike trip, we stopped here. Definitely a good place. Although it is through an industrial estate it is very secluded and secure. It is also about a mile from a Lidl if you need supplies. Perfect place to stay as a stop over on your way south or north.

Owner Monika is very friendly, helpful and caretaking. Nice onsite restaurant with enough veggie choises for a change. Breakfast also good, with fresh fruit and eggs (we were even offered scrambled eggs and omelette). Not so far from the highways 7 and 8.

Lovely clean rooms. Great breakfast. Lovely pool. Just a really enjoyable stay.

Impeccable cleanliness The best equipment maintenance ever

I had ordered a room with two single beds and was given a double for me and my colleague, when i complained we were ginen an apartment. What we were upgraded to was excellent

Staff very friendly, room very clean, in a convenient location

I thought that everything was magnificent. This was my first-time visiting Germany and I had so much fun. The food at your hotel was just stellar, fresh and very tasty as there were some dishes that I had never eaten before and I enjoyed them all. The hotel people were so nice and helpful with answering me and my colleagues questions and they provided guidance with calling a taxi service each day for our business meetings and provided great restaurant recommendations other than the hotel restaurant. Also, the room and the bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the city of Ulm.

The interior design was minimalist and very tasteful and well as very well executed. The staff were delightful and helpful, the location was very pretty next to the Minster. Really enjoyed our short stay.

Nice and clean please, it was very warm and comfortable . There is a parking spot near it l. The apartment has everything necessary for nice stay .

Walkable distance to Central Station and to the City Centre. You don't need to use public transport to see the main city attractions.

It's the best apartment during my travel. Even have a massage electric chair inside of each room!!! And also They prepared a gift also. Inside the room has everything including the hair dryer. Hot water kettle. Fridges…

Beautiful location, building and rooms. Very friendly people! Spacious and free parking! In front of the door. Excellent restaurant and garden for drinks, dinner and breakfast. Very close to the major routes to and from Austria, great place for a stop over.

The check in process was absolutely superb one of the best in Europe. The automated check in system at its finest was highlighted when a chancer was made to pay 3 times after trying to get cheap accomodation to save £5. Yes Five English Pounds

A decent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel met all our needs — the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main train station and just 1 minute to the nearest tram stop. The city itself is charming and relaxed, perfect for walking around. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
