Breakfast was excellent, great choice and frresh

The staff are very friendly. The rooms were clean and very nice.

Great atmosphere of history, very quiet, nice places for a walk, big parking, location is close to the highway. I booked a small room, but there was everything, the bed is comfortable. The girl on reception was very helpful.

We stayed here for one night when travelling through; for that purpose this hotel is nice with comfortable beds and very good bathroom facilities. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well, although we decided to visit Blankenburg which has countless taverns. Breakfast buffet is elaborate.

The staff was really friendly, the breakfast display was small but had everything you needed, the beds were really comfy.

The house was brand new and very comfortable. The price was amazing compared with other options in the same town. The main bath room had a hydromassage bath tub, which was a plus. Both bathrooms had really good showers.

Excellent location right by the town square, very picturesque. Very helpful hosts who offered free bus tickets. A snack and drink area based on a system of trust.

Perfect location perfect service huge rooms Very recommended

Friendly, pleasant and spotless hotel in excellent central location in a beautiful historic town. Excellent restaurant. Our second time here, as good as it was six years ago.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Historical building in a nice location. Clean and well maintained and free parking

Very good place to stay, definitely worth recommending. Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and wi-fi connection, comfortable beds. Dogs are welcomed :-)

I totally loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for everyone planning a visit to Wernigerode, it is an easy 15min walk from the train station and it is located in a very quiet spot with excellent views over the castle and the Harz mountains. The staff was very friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. My room was super clean, quiet as I requested, very comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choice, suitable for everyone. Would for sure stay here again on my next trip.

The location, how friendly the personal is and I felt like I was sleeping over clouds, the beds are amazing!

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

Great breakfast and friendly reception welcome

Close to DB & HSB stations, in the centre of town with plenty of shops, eateries, etc. nearby. My single room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Superb breakfast served in the restaurant, with lots of fresh hot & cold options.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. My room was perfectly sized just for me — spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. But what truly stood out to me was the pool — it was absolutely mind-blowing! Clean, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing space to spend time in. Honestly, everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was an amazing stay all around.
